Paying five creators from a spreadsheet works. Paying forty, across several campaigns with different rates, bonuses, and revision histories, does not. Payment questions turn into archaeology: what was agreed, what was delivered, what was approved, and what was already paid.

What each creator record carries
- Onboarding
- Creators apply and onboard through their own portal, with linked social accounts and profile details captured once.
- Roster and duplicates
- The roster carries filters, tiers, and duplicate checks, so the same creator does not enter twice under two handles.
- Deliverables
- Assigned work, submissions, revision requests, and approval status stay attached to both the creator and the campaign.
- Payout readiness
- Each creator carries a payout-readiness state, so blockers are visible before a payment run rather than during it.
- Settlement
- Payouts run through Stripe funding with settlement history, reconciliation, and a manual fallback when a transfer needs intervention.
- Tax readiness
- Automated payouts are 1099-ready, and no transaction fee is added on top of creator payouts.
Creators see their own side
Creators work from a portal that shows their briefs, tasks, deliverables, feedback, and earnings. Because status is visible to them directly, routine check-ins stop being messages your team has to answer one at a time.
Auto-reminders cover missed posts and due work, and history-safe tiers mean changing a creator’s tier does not rewrite what they were paid under the previous one.
