How billing works
- Yearly billing
- Paying yearly drops the Growth plan from $300 to $220 per month (about 27% less, or $960 a year) and the Speedrun add-on from $250 to $200 per month.
- Ops credits
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that covers platform operations such as data refreshes and analysis runs.
- Speedrun add-on
- The Speedrun add-on adds Speedrun credits for archive, AI analysis, comment intelligence, and cross-post preparation without changing base plan access.
- Payout fees
- No transaction fee is added on top of automated creator payouts. Stripe processing terms still apply to funding.
- Enterprise
- Enterprise uses custom subscription terms, pooled credits, custom creator and tracked-video limits, and a custom refresh rate.

How much does UGC Infra cost?
The Growth base plan is $300 per month billed monthly, or $220 per month when billed yearly. The Speedrun add-on is an additional $250 per month. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Is there a transaction fee on creator payouts?
No. UGC Infra does not add a transaction fee on top of automated creator payouts.
What is the difference between the base plan and the Speedrun add-on?
The base plan covers campaign management, the creator portal, deliverables, payouts, and reporting. The Speedrun add-on adds Speedrun credits for the media archive, AI video analysis, comment analysis, and cross-posting preparation.
Does the plan include API access?
Yes. Full API access is included in the Growth plan.
What you are actually buying
The plans differ by workflow coverage rather than by seat count. The base plan covers running campaigns end to end: briefs, the creator portal, deliverable review, automated payouts, and reporting.
The Speedrun add-on is for teams whose volume justifies the AI tooling around content — archive, video and comment analysis, and cross-post preparation. It adds credits without changing what the base plan already unlocks.
