About UGC Infra
UGC Infra is an operating system for running user-generated content at volume — briefs, creators, approvals, analytics, and payouts in one accountable record. It is built by Adworkly.
The problem we build against
UGC programs tend to break in the same place. The creative work scales fine — more creators, more posts — but the operation around it does not. Briefs live in docs, rosters in spreadsheets, approvals in group chats, and payouts in a month-end reconstruction of what was agreed and delivered.
The result is that teams spend their time reconciling systems instead of improving campaigns. Every status question becomes a manual audit, and the connection between a creative decision and its result gets lost.
UGC Infra exists to keep that chain intact from the brief through to the payout, across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
How we build it
- One record, not seven tools
- A brief, the approval it passed, the post that went live, and the payout that followed should resolve to the same record. Most UGC stacks break that chain at every handoff.
- State freshness honestly
- Social metrics arrive on a refresh cycle. Analytics views label how current the data is rather than implying everything is live.
- History stays intact
- Pausing a campaign stops future work without rewriting completed history. Changing a creator tier does not retroactively alter what they were paid under the previous one.
- Creators see their own side
- Creators get a portal with their briefs, deliverables, feedback, results, and earnings, so status is visible to them instead of routed through your team.
