Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the UGC Infra website, software, dashboards, workflows, analytics, and related services operated by Adworkly LLC.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Communications

By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree that we may send account notices, product updates, service emails, and permitted marketing communications.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Operational and transactional messages may still be sent when needed to provide the Service.

When you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge applicable fees.

Unless stated otherwise, paid access begins when a trial or promotional period ends. Fees may change after the current billing cycle with reasonable notice where required.

We may modify plan features, usage limits, refresh rates, integrations, or access levels to protect service quality, product reliability, and fair access for all customers.

Fair Usage

UGC Infra is designed for professional use by teams operating creator programs, campaign workflows, tracked accounts, reporting, and related UGC operations.

Usage that is unusually high, abusive, automated, shared across unauthorized users, or inconsistent with the selected plan may result in limits, throttling, suspension, or termination.

Each user seat is intended for one individual. Sharing login details, reselling access, or using the Service to bypass plan limits is not permitted.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, chain letters, or similar solicitations
• Impersonate Adworkly, UGC Infra, another user, or any other person or entity
• Interfere with, disable, overburden, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or automated access without our prior written consent
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, worms, or harmful technical material
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or infrastructure
• Attack the Service through denial-of-service, distributed denial-of-service, or similar methods
• Damage, falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent Service data, rankings, metrics, or reports

Analytics and Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, customer support, payments, security, and advertising.

Your use of connected platforms, payment processors, app stores, ad networks, social networks, and third-party tools may also be governed by those providers own terms and policies.

No Use by Minors

Accounts

Customer content, creator materials, connected account data, and campaign materials remain subject to the rights and licenses held by the applicable customer, creator, platform, or third party.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us with the subject line "Copyright Infringement".

Please include your signature, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

You may be responsible for damages, including costs and attorneys fees, if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing.

Feedback

You may send us ideas, suggestions, improvements, or other feedback. You agree that we may use feedback without restriction, compensation, confidentiality obligation, or ownership claim from you.
